1. Why not double rocket damage? - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Originally by: darius mclever the explosion velocity would be still so broken that you can barely get effective dmg on your target. Even so, it would help rocket boats against larger/slower targets.

2. Why not double rocket damage? - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
As the subject header says. Why not just double rocket damage and see if it makes for a viable weapon system? While it would make rocket-based ships more formidable, they would still struggle with range and with damaging very fast, low-sig targets...

3. Gallente Ships OK - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Poopsmiff As someone who rarely steps into a battleship or command ship I see Amarr as incredibly gimped. Their frigates and T1 cruiser lineup is atrociously bad compared to Gallente/Minmitar. This is now a full-on thre...

4. Amarr Ships? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Shura'Sokoris Because using autocannons on an Amarr vessel is blasphemy, it's like telling a Space Marine to use a shuriken cannon Shuriken Cannons used to be so awesome, though, especially with Shrieker rounds.

5. Gallante Ships : ( - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Merin Ryskin Two reasons: 1) The whole "Amarr = FOTM" thing is incredibly exaggerated. Minmatar and Caldari have almost as many (and possibly equally many) top-tier ships that are awesome and worth flying. Gallente suffer a...

6. Gallante Ships : ( - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Furb Killer Why would you boost everything except one thing, if you could also just nerf that one thing. Because there's enough useless crap in the game already without adding to the pile.

7. Gallante Ships : ( - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Davinel Lulinvega OK pulses might be a little overpowered. Might be. A little. In most cases small pulse/scorch (short range lasers) can do the job of small railguns (long range hybrids) with more damage and twice th...

8. Gallente Ships OK - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Psiri I forget how flexible blasterboats are... and honestly, tank and gank / sniping, what else are you looking for? I'm also sick of how one-dimensional Amarr ships are. I wish they had some effective EW, say bonuses ...

9. SBs buffed- check. Nag updated- check. Blasters reviewed?... - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
The game is getting closer and closer to real balance, as each correcting swing of the pendulum brings everyone closer and closer to the mean. I think it's reasonable that Amarr have a clear gunnery advantage over other gunboats. Where I have an i...

10. Swap Amarr and Gallente Defensive Bonuses - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Why, in your opinion, is it 'perfectly fine' that Amarr gunboats are superior?

11. Swap Amarr and Gallente Defensive Bonuses - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Originally by: Ouro Akala Forcing the Amarr to fire literally cap-devouring weapons This is an often-repeated and overstated argument. However, in practice, I have *never* run into cap problems with laser boats: in a tactical situatio...

12. Swap Amarr and Gallente Defensive Bonuses - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Originally by: Ausser My suggestion: You like the +25% bonus of the amarr ships? Train for them, they are fun to fly. This isn't about what I like or don't like. I fly both Gallente and Amarr ships with proficiency, so I know that Ama...

13. Swap Amarr and Gallente Defensive Bonuses - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Originally by: Shadow Devourer To be constructive: ask yourself which guns take more cap, what Geddon dps would be like with dual lar (can't fit it without downgrading lasers) and it would straight up fail for the Abaddon (no cap bonus). ...

14. Swap Amarr and Gallente Defensive Bonuses - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
A succession of rebalancing attempts has led to the clear superiority of Amarr gunboats over their Gallente counterparts. Amarr and Gallente armor-related ship bonuses should be swapped. Amarr passive-tank ships would become active-tanking, forc...

15. what do you do for isk? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Lately I've been abusing the cosmic anomalies in lowsec. The rewards are good and the risks minimal; the orange systems have such a bad rep that nobody goes there, and the pirates have pretty much followed them into 0.0 or Empire decs. It's a go...

17. Cosmic Anomalies are the New Black - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
First post, hope I don't get flamed too hard :) So I decided to try out the new and improved Cosmic Anomalies in lowsec. You know how they used to be a bit of a joke? Well I warped into a spawn of frigs, cruisers and missile sentry turrets, had ...
